Montserrat is located on Sunset Boulevard, Lonehill in the Fourways urban precinct, close in to Fourways Crossing and the Pineslopes centre. Comprising 150 Sectional Title apartments, Montserrat was built by Summercon and completed in July 2005. Facilities include clubhouse and swimming pool.
